There will be one SPOC responsible for all aspects of the team. Your SPOC will be in touch with you throughout the hackathon.
All of our SPOCs are people who are part of/ running reputed organisations globally/ in respective countries. SPOCs are well experienced either with Cooperatives or with Technology and are fairly exposed to tools and methods to bring ideas of young innovators to life through hackathons, design thinking workshops, etc. They can understand your present stage, what kind of help and support you may need and connect you to the right mentors.
